Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
valid driver's license for applicable state
at least two years driving experience preferred
ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally
ability to stand during entire shift
clean driver license with zero points and ability to drive standard and automatic vehicles
effective communication skills
confidentiality maintenance
perform other duties as requested by management

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
valid driver license for applicable state
at least two years driving experience preferred
effective verbal and written communication skills
ability to maintain confidentiality
familiarity with hotel or related environment helpful

Job Duties

Properly stand at attention at the hotel entrance
open doors greeting guest with smile and friendly comment as they enter and exit the hotel
greet arriving vehicles opening doors for the guest and assisting them with luggage to the curbside
valet guest cars within procedures ensuring car and keys are safe and secure
assist guest with directions and property information
assist departing guest with transportation requests
retrieve valet vehicles efficiently following proper guest assistance procedures
assist Door Attendant in monitoring traffic
maintain cleanliness of porte cochere area
perform duties in related positions as required
handle or refer guest requests and complaints diplomatically
implement safety and security procedures and report situations immediately
