Job Duties
- Ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience
- Provide parking, valet, and bell services
- Deliver daily shift reports to the Front Office team
- Greet and welcome all guests promptly and courteously
- Maintain knowledge of neighborhood events, attractions, and hotel facilities
- Ensure security of guest belongings in possession
- Monitor areas to prevent damage to hotel property
- Operate parking software for vehicle tracking and billing
- Anticipate guest needs and deliver personalized service
- Collaborate with Front Office, F&B, Sales, and Entertainment teams for VIP treatment
