Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or automotive related roles preferred
- Must have an unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to drive both automatic and standard transmission vehicles
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions including heat and cold
- Must have great communication skills and a professional appearance
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Ability to safely operate vehicles in tight and small spaces
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with moving vehicles and maintaining cleanliness

Job Duties
- Greets all customers entering the service area with a friendly, professional attitude, answering any questions and/or directing them to the appropriate person or location
- Verifies customer appointments and all relevant customer information including name, VIN, tag number, and mileage
- Helps with loaner vehicles and parks vehicles after they have been written up
- Performs vehicle inspections, photographing and noting vehicle condition, installs disposable protective coverings such as seat covers and floor mats, and tags in all vehicles brought in for service
- Delivers keys and repair order paperwork to the appropriate personnel or designated area after parking vehicle
- Retrieves vehicles for customers when picking up, delivering the vehicle and thanking customers for their business
- Helps maintain a clean and safe service area by performing general cleaning duties including trash removal and sweeping
- Helps maintain clean vehicles, including client and inventory vehicles
- Follows all safety and security procedures
- Performs other duties as assigned
