Job Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in customer service with high guest interaction
  • Valid drivers license with no infractions for at least 6 months
  • Ability to work a full shift standing and running
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team

Job Duties

  • Help guests discover their wanderlust experience
  • Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest
  • Interact with all guests and welcome each guest to the hotel
  • Open car doors for arriving guests
  • Park and retrieve guests' cars as needed
  • Assist guests in securing other forms of transportation
  • Work collaboratively with other attendants to ensure a personalized experience
  • Assist lobby attendant in keeping entrance area clean and organized
  • Go beyond the norm to make a difference with all guests and employees
