Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year experience in a customer service role with high guest interaction
  • Valid driver's license with no infractions for at least 6 months
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be physically able to stand for full shifts and run to retrieve vehicles
  • Availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Pleasant, outgoing, and engaging personality
  • Problem-solving ability
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Help guests discover their wanderlust experience
  • Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest
  • Interact with all guests and welcome each guest to the hotel
  • Open car doors for guests arriving by motor vehicle
  • Park and retrieve guests' cars as needed
  • Assist guests in securing other forms of transportation
  • Work together with other attendants to ensure a personalized guest experience
  • Assist lobby attendant in keeping entrance area clean and organized
  • Be the difference with all guests and employees and do more than just the norm
