Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year experience in a customer service role with high guest interaction
- Valid driver's license with no infractions for at least 6 months
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be physically able to stand for full shifts and run to retrieve vehicles
- Availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Pleasant, outgoing, and engaging personality
- Problem-solving ability
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
Job Qualifications

- Hospitality industry experience is a plus

Job Duties
- Help guests discover their wanderlust experience
- Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest
- Interact with all guests and welcome each guest to the hotel
- Open car doors for guests arriving by motor vehicle
- Park and retrieve guests' cars as needed
- Assist guests in securing other forms of transportation
- Work together with other attendants to ensure a personalized guest experience
- Assist lobby attendant in keeping entrance area clean and organized
- Be the difference with all guests and employees and do more than just the norm
