Job Requirements
- Ability to perform each essential job function satisfactorily

Job Duties
- Greets and directs patients and visitors arriving at the facility to their destination while creating a positive image of the organization
- Operates guests' vehicles in a safe manner and ensures vehicles are locked after parking
- Keeps the front clear of vehicles by not allowing long-term parking and maintains count of cars parked in designated valet areas
- Prepares daily valet parking reports and logs incidents while keeping the supervisor informed
- Reports parking violations and alerts security to any crimes or vandalism
- Physically assists patients or visitors with limited mobility as needed
- Determines urgency of situations and makes appropriate referrals while calming patients
- Safely transports patients, employees, and guests on campus via courtesy shuttle
- Operates courtesy shuttle safely following traffic laws, ensures the vehicle is locked and clean
- Maintains vehicle by ensuring it is fueled, clean, and logs mileage and oil/gas records daily
