Job Requirements
- You are at least 18 years old
- You have a valid driver’s license and have been driving for at least 2 years
- Energetic, outgoing and able to stand, walk, and carry items up to 50 lbs
- Great communication skills in both written and spoken language
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and resolve customer issues positively
- Capable of driving a manual transmission vehicle
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and uniform standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- At least 1 year of valet parking experience is a plus
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience is beneficial
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Proven track record of reliability and safety in driving
- Friendly and professional manner with guests
- Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment and resolve issues effectively
Job Duties
- Greet guests cheerfully and thank them upon exit
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and promptly
- Explain parking rates and instruct guests on self-park procedures
- Inspect every vehicle according to company guidelines before taking possession
- Maintain company uniform standards and exhibit a positive demeanor
- Stand, walk, and occasionally carry items up to 50 lbs
- Perform minor cleaning, maintenance tasks, or special projects as assigned
