Job Duties
- Greet and acknowledge every tenant with a smile and friendly words
- Open doors and assist tenants entering and leaving
- Park cars safely
- Retrieve cars in a timely manner and deliver back to the tenant exactly how they left it
- Monitor and direct private and commercial vehicle traffic when necessary
- Supply directions and information about amenities and services
- Thank tenants with real admiration and provide a fond departure
- Anticipate tenant service requirements
- Provide help to individuals with disabilities
- Ensure that parked cars are locked and that keys are stored safely or returned to the owner
