Job Duties

  • Park and retrieve guests' vehicles efficiently ensuring the safe and secure handling of keys and personal items left in the vehicle
  • Provide courteous and attentive customer service assisting guests with their belongings offering information and creating a positive and welcoming experience
  • Manage incoming and outgoing traffic at the valet station ensuring a smooth flow of vehicles and maintaining order in the designated area
  • Maintain accurate records of parked vehicles noting any special requests and documenting any relevant information for efficient retrieval
  • Act as a communication link between guests and other hotel departments facilitating requests and ensuring effective coordination of services
