Job Duties
- Greets customers as they arrive in the service drive and determines appointment status
- determines who the Service Advisor is and notifies him/her of the customer’s presence
- washes vehicles’ windshields and places protective seat covers and driver’s side floor mats in each vehicle
- moves vehicles to various locations on the lot as directed by Service Advisors
- completes key tags for customer vehicles and updates parking lot space number as necessary
- prepares vehicles for delivery to customers by removing protective mats and seat covers, inspecting vehicles for fingerprints, grease, etc., and cleaning as necessary
- assists the Cashier in the rental car process by moving rental cars, reporting mileage, gas gauge indicator and cleanliness of the vehicle
- cleans designated areas of service buildings as directed by the Service Manager
- maintains a professional appearance
