Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Prior experience in guest service or hospitality required
- Ability to lift luggage up to 50 lbs
- Ability to prioritize tasks in high guest volume situations
- Ability to maintain courteous and positive interactions
- Good personal hygiene and neat appearance
- Flexible schedule availability
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must hold a valid US driver’s license and complete Motor Vehicle Report
Job Qualifications
- Previous related guest service or hospitality experience
- Ability to deal with customers courteously and efficiently with a positive attitude
- Good personal hygiene and neat appearance
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to learn a variety of information about the resort and surrounding area
- Valid US driver’s license with motor vehicle report clearance
- Minimum age of 21 years
Job Duties
- Provide superior service to our customers at all times
- Assist arriving and departing guests with their baggage and inquiries
- Secure items too large for guest rooms in appropriate storage rooms
- Assist in parking cars and act as backup shuttle driver as needed
- Transport guests safely and timely to requested destinations
- Maintain the cleanliness and appeal of the hotel lobby and entryway
- Perform other duties as assigned
