Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record if required
- Ability to work non-traditional hours including weekends and evenings
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Pass background check, drug screening, and reference verification

Job Duties
- Greet customers professionally and courteously
- Assist customers and vendors by phone or in person to find support
- Manage telephone switchboards and enter customer information into sales control systems
- Support dealership sales and service teams during events and service rush hours
- Provide prompt assistance to customers with courtesy, accuracy, and professionalism
- Collaborate with team members to ensure an excellent customer experience
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times
