Job Requirements

  • valid state driver's license and in good standing
  • high school diploma or GED
  • ability to obtain and maintain an Illinois Gaming License
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • able to communicate effectively in English
  • willingness to work in outdoor climates
  • preferably 2 years experience as a valet attendant in a high volume environment

Job Qualifications

  • 2 years as a valet attendant in a high volume work environment, preferred
  • high school diploma/GED, required
  • must have valid state driver's license and in good standing
  • able to effectively communicate verbally and written in English
  • must be able to obtain and maintain an Illinois Gaming License
  • ability to stand and walk for an extended period of time
  • must be okay with frequent exposure to outdoor climates

Job Duties

  • Participate regularly in departmental and company meetings
  • provide exceptional customer service and always treat others with respect
  • properly and safely operate all motor vehicles accepted
  • inspect all motor vehicles for damage prior to taking custody and record any previous damage
  • ensure safety of motor vehicles while in the companys custody
  • observe all relevant traffic laws
  • ensure the security of patrons' vehicles while in the company's custody
  • ensure all departmental documents are accurate, legible and complete
  • effectively record and resolve patron complaints
  • maintain all equipment of Valet Department
  • keep entire work area clean and free from debris during assigned shift
  • set up designated work area as directed
  • learn and follow all rules, laws, regulations, and policies pertaining to the Guest Services department
  • apply knowledge gained from training, education and work experience
  • be friendly and courteous at all times
  • apply customer service standards as directed
  • perform other duties as assigned
