Job Requirements
- valid state driver's license and in good standing
- high school diploma or GED
- ability to obtain and maintain an Illinois Gaming License
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- able to communicate effectively in English
- willingness to work in outdoor climates
- preferably 2 years experience as a valet attendant in a high volume environment

- able to effectively communicate verbally and written in English
- must be able to obtain and maintain an Illinois Gaming License
- ability to stand and walk for an extended period of time
- must be okay with frequent exposure to outdoor climates
Job Duties
- Participate regularly in departmental and company meetings
- provide exceptional customer service and always treat others with respect
- properly and safely operate all motor vehicles accepted
- inspect all motor vehicles for damage prior to taking custody and record any previous damage
- ensure safety of motor vehicles while in the companys custody
- observe all relevant traffic laws
- ensure the security of patrons' vehicles while in the company's custody
- ensure all departmental documents are accurate, legible and complete
- effectively record and resolve patron complaints
- maintain all equipment of Valet Department
- keep entire work area clean and free from debris during assigned shift
- set up designated work area as directed
- learn and follow all rules, laws, regulations, and policies pertaining to the Guest Services department
- apply knowledge gained from training, education and work experience
- be friendly and courteous at all times
- apply customer service standards as directed
- perform other duties as assigned
