Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of related experience
- Must be minimum of 21 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Good communication skills oral and written
- Ability to maintain and strengthen good working relationships with staff, residents and families
- Ability to stay calm during emergency situations and take appropriate actions
- Must comply with specific state regulations and requirements

Job Duties
- Promptly greet residents, guests and visitors
- Assist drivers and guests with opening vehicle doors
- Maintain a daily log of completed shift functions
- Maintain and strengthen good working relationships with staff, residents, and families
- Communicate effectively with good listening, planning, organizing, and problem-solving skills
- Show genuine interest and compassion for seniors
- Stay calm during emergency situations and take appropriate actions as necessary
