Job Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in customer service with guest interaction
  • Valid driver's license for a minimum of 6 months with no infractions
  • Ability to work a full shift standing and running to retrieve cars
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays
  • Pleasant and helpful personality
  • Strong desire to make an impact on other people
  • Ability to solve problems efficiently
  • Outgoing and engaging personality

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year in a customer service role with high guest interaction
  • Hospitality industry experience is a plus
  • Valid driver's license with no infractions for at least 6 months
  • Ability to solve problems when they arise

Job Duties

  • Help guests discover their wanderlust experience
  • Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest
  • Interact with all guests and welcome each to the hotel
  • Open guests' car doors upon arrival to the hotel or resort
  • Park and retrieve guests' cars as needed
  • Assist guests in securing other forms of transportation
  • Work with other attendants to ensure a personalized guest experience and open doors
  • Assist lobby attendant in keeping entrance area clean and organized
  • Go beyond the norm to make a difference with guests and employees
