Job Requirements
- high school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate
- valid driver’s license
- excellent driving record
- 3+ years experience driving vehicles
- ability to drive manual and automatic transmission
- good understanding of the English language
- compute basic arithmetic
- ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- maintain professionalism and provide excellent customer service
- work flexible shifts including mornings afternoons evenings overnight and weekends
- ability to work in variable weather conditions
- maintain confidentiality of guest information and hotel data
- perform assignments with minimal supervision
- work cohesively with team members

Job Duties
- be familiar with all hotel services/features and local attractions/activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately
- resolve guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction
- monitor and maintain cleanliness sanitation and organization of assigned work areas
- maintain knowledge of scheduled daily activities daily arrivals/departures house count features and services provided by the hotel hours of operation of each outlet parking facilities layout hours of operation prices and procedures
- direct attention to door person to receive signals
- greet arriving guests/visitors bid farewell to departing guests/visitors and invite them to return
