Job Requirements
- Must be 25 years of age or older
- eligible to work in the United States
- ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- valid driver’s license
- clean driving record
- ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift luggage as required
- availability for flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- warm and professional demeanor reflecting company culture

- previous hotel or customer service experience is a plus
- valid driver’s license

Job Duties
- Drive the hotel shuttle to and from designated locations
- assist guests with luggage
- maintain the shuttle's cleanliness and safety
- ensure timely pickups and drop-offs
- report to the Front Office Manager or Hotel Operations Manager
- provide courteous and reliable transportation
- uphold HVMG's Culture of Excellence in guest interactions
