Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, and maneuver vehicles throughout the shift
  • Work environment may include exposure to varying weather conditions
  • Must be able to operate a vehicle safely and responsibly while shuttling customers and managing pickups/deliveries

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle vehicles of various sizes and types
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Greet customers promptly and courteously upon their arrival
  • Verify customer information
  • Park and retrieve customer vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
  • Ensure vehicles are properly secured and protected while in the service area
  • Conduct a preliminary inspection of vehicles upon arrival to note any existing damage
  • Accurately input customer and vehicle information into the service management system
  • Coordinate with service advisors to ensure smooth transition of vehicles to the service department
  • Maintain a clean and organized valet area
  • Provide a high level of customer service by anticipating customer needs and addressing concerns promptly
  • Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction with the service process
  • Shuttle customers to and from the service location as needed
  • Manage the pickup and delivery of customer vehicles, ensuring timely and secure transport
  • Communicate with customers regarding pickup and delivery schedules and any changes
  • Effectively communicate with service advisors and technicians to relay important vehicle and service information
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to vehicle handling and customer service
  • Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of customers, vehicles, and staff
