Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid Texas driver license with a good driving record
- Ability to safely operate vehicles
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work day shift
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to follow hospital policies and procedures

Job Duties
- Park patient and visitor cars in a professional, secure, and safe manner
- Provide exceptional customer service to all visitors and patients
- Maintain awareness of vehicle location and keys to ensure safety and security
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures related to parking services
- Communicate effectively with hospital staff and visitors regarding parking needs
- Handle guest requests and resolve parking-related issues professionally
- Ensure timely and efficient valet service during shift hours
