Job Duties
- Park patients' and visitors’ cars in a professional, secure, and safe manner
- Assist patients and visitors with vehicle-related inquiries and support
- Ensure the safety and security of parked vehicles
- Maintain clear communication with hospital staff regarding parking and security matters
- Provide excellent customer service to all hospital visitors and patients
- Monitor parking areas to prevent unauthorized access or incidents
- Follow hospital policies and procedures related to parking and security
