Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous customer service or valet/parking experience desirable but not required
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain professional and composed in high-pressure situations
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods up to 8 hours
  • Frequent lifting, pushing, and pulling of luggage up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to bend, stoop, and reach repeatedly throughout the shift
  • Must have excellent hand-eye coordination and quick reflexes for vehicle operation
  • Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles of all sizes

Job Duties

  • Greet guests upon arrival and departure with a friendly, professional, and courteous demeanor
  • Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in designated areas while following all driving and safety regulations
  • Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage or personal belongings
  • Maintain traffic flow at the entrance, keeping the drive clear for arriving and departing guests
  • Provide directions, hotel information, and recommendations for local attractions when requested
  • Accurately record vehicle information, issue claim tickets, and ensure the safe return of vehicles to their owners
  • Inspect vehicles for pre-existing damage and report any incidents immediately
