Job Duties
- Provide a gracious and efficient sense of arrival and departure for residents and guests by carefully parking and retrieving vehicles
- Anticipate and exceed guest expectations through proactive customer service and relationship building
- Transport residents and guests to medical and social destinations using company vehicles, including wheelchair transport vans
- Ensure all vehicles are handled with care and comply with safety standards
- Maintain clear communication with residents, guests, and team members to coordinate vehicle movements
- Conduct regular vehicle checks and report any issues promptly
- Adhere to company policies, insurance requirements, and local traffic laws while performing all driving duties
