Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 3 years of driving experience
  • Valid driver's license with no restrictions and a clean driving record
  • Must be able to drive both automatic and manual vehicles
  • Able to do basic math with time and money
  • Must speak, read, and write English fluently
  • Must be legally allowed to work in the U.S.
  • Must pass a background check, drug screening, and required health screenings
  • Strong communication skills and a professional appearance
  • Friendly, reliable, and passionate about helping people
  • Must be comfortable working outside in all weather
  • Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands, talk, see, and hear
  • Able to lift or move up to 100 lbs occasionally
  • Able to push or pull wheelchairs over long distances
  • Ability to work flexible schedules and extended hours such as weekends, holidays, and longer shifts sometimes required

Job Duties

  • Safely drive, park, and retrieve vehicles while following all traffic laws
  • Greet every guest with a warm and professional attitude
  • Help patients and visitors with directions, bags, and getting in or out of their vehicles
  • Check for and note any damage on vehicles before taking them
  • Record valet ticket numbers and parking locations correctly
  • Explain parking rates and how the valet process works to patients and visitors
  • Report accidents right away to your supervisor or Lead Valet
  • Keep the valet area clean, organized, and safe always
  • Maintain patient privacy and follow HIPAA guidelines
  • Perform other duties as assigned
