- ability to transport residents safely using company vehicles
- effective communication skills
- physical ability to perform driving and minor vehicle handling tasks

Job Duties
- provide a gracious and efficient sense of arrival and departure for residents and guests
- carefully and efficiently park and retrieve vehicles as requested
- anticipate the needs of residents to exceed guest expectations
- build positive relationships with residents
- transport residents and guests to medical and social destinations using company vehicles
- ensure safety and proper handling of vehicles including wheelchair transport vans
- comply with all company policies and licensing requirements
