Job Requirements

You are at least 21 years old
You have a valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 2 years
Energetic, outgoing and can stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed
Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way

Job Qualifications

Friendly and service-minded individual
Valid driver's license held for at least 2 years
Must be 21 years of age or older
Dependable, professional, and able to work independently with integrity
Prior hospitality or senior living experience is a plus but not required
Strong communication skills in both written and spoken language
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and resolve customer issues positively

Job Duties

Greet residents, guests, and visitors with genuine warmth and professionalism
Safely park and retrieve vehicles in a timely and courteous manner
Provide clear directions and assistance to guests regarding parking or community access
Perform vehicle inspections and handle each guest's vehicle with the utmost care and respect
Always maintain a polished and professional appearance in the company uniform
Assist with light duties or special projects as requested by management to support smooth daily operations
Stay active throughout your shift—standing, walking, and occasionally assisting with items up to 50 lbs
