Job Duties
- Open doors and assist guests and visitors entering and leaving property
- Monitor and direct personal and commercial vehicle traffic including taxis, limousines, and buses
- Ensure vehicles are legally parked and maintain smooth and efficient flow of traffic
- Provide guests with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, hours of operation, and local areas of interest
- Monitor and maintain safety, security, and cleanliness of parking areas and report hazards or unauthorized personnel
- Maintain security of vehicles and vehicle keys
- Communicate parking procedures to guests and visitors
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
- Assist individuals with disabilities
- Speak clearly and professionally
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships
- Comply with quality assurance standards
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested
- Maintain attention to customer service with a professional and pleasant personality
