Job Requirements

Valid driver license
Clean driving record
Ability to operate company vehicles safely
Willingness to work Friday through Tuesday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Ability to pass background checks as required by insurance policy
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Availability to transport residents to various destinations
Physical ability to perform vehicle parking and retrieval duties safely

Job Duties

Provide a gracious and efficient sense of arrival and departure for residents and guests by parking and retrieving vehicles as requested
Anticipate resident and guest needs and build relationships to exceed expectations
Transport residents and guests to medical and social destinations using company vehicles including cars, buses, and wheelchair-accessible vans
Maintain the cleanliness and safety of assigned vehicles
Adhere to traffic laws and community policies when operating vehicles
Support a positive community atmosphere through professional and courteous interactions
Participate in training programs to enhance service delivery and operational skills
