Job Requirements
- Valid driver license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to operate company vehicles safely
- Willingness to work Friday through Tuesday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
- Ability to pass background checks as required by insurance policy
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Availability to transport residents to various destinations
- Physical ability to perform vehicle parking and retrieval duties safely

Job Duties
- Provide a gracious and efficient sense of arrival and departure for residents and guests by parking and retrieving vehicles as requested
- Anticipate resident and guest needs and build relationships to exceed expectations
- Transport residents and guests to medical and social destinations using company vehicles including cars, buses, and wheelchair-accessible vans
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of assigned vehicles
- Adhere to traffic laws and community policies when operating vehicles
- Support a positive community atmosphere through professional and courteous interactions
- Participate in training programs to enhance service delivery and operational skills
