Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior customer service experience preferred
  • ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • strong work ethic and reliability
  • ability to work flexible hours including non-traditional shifts
  • valid driver’s license may be required
  • pass background check and drug screening

Job Duties

  • Greet customers courteously and professionally
  • connect customers to appropriate dealership team members by phone or in person
  • manage telephone switchboard and handle customer calls efficiently
  • enter customer demographic information into the sales control system
  • assist dealership events and service rush hours by providing support
  • provide prompt assistance to customers with courtesy and professionalism
  • support a positive team environment through collaboration and communication
