Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license
  • High school diploma or equivalent general education development certificate
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods
  • Ability to move, lift, push, drag, or place objects weighing 10 pounds or less without assistance

Job Duties

  • Open doors and assist guests and visitors entering and leaving the hotel
  • Control and direct traffic of personal and commercial vehicles including guest cars, taxis, limousines, and buses to ensure legal parking and maintain smooth traffic flow
  • Provide directions and information to guests about hotel amenities, services, hours of operation, and local points of interest
  • Monitor and maintain security, protection, and cleanliness of parking areas and levels
  • Report any risks to vehicles or security concerns to management
  • Maintain the security of vehicles and keys
  • Communicate parking procedures to guests and visitors
  • Comply with company policies and procedures
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions
  • Undergo safety training and obtain required certifications
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
  • Protect company property
  • Greet all guests following company standards
  • Anticipate and respond to guest needs with genuine appreciation
  • Assist guests with disabilities
  • Use clear and professional communication
  • Answer phones using proper protocol
  • Foster positive working relationships with coworkers
  • Support team to achieve common goals
  • Adhere to quality assurance standards
