Job Requirements
- Able to work outside in all weather conditions
- Able to bend and stretch
- Capable of lifting in excess of 50 pounds
- Able to stand for extended periods of time
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrated reliability and punctuality
Job Duties
- Preparing new and used cars for delivery
- Keeping the detail and car wash areas clean and orderly
- Maintain cleanliness of service department shop floor alignment rack tire balancer tire changer brake lathe room and special service tool room emptying the trash cans
- Clean drive and walkways of snow and ice
- Monitor dealership and grounds for safety
- Deliver inter facility mail and transfers
- Shuttle customers to work or mall
- Pick-up and deliver vehicle for service work
- Transfer vehicles to auto auction
- Moving cars in lot and showroom
- Maintain outer ground and lot of dealership
- Maintain a professional demeanor at all times
- Other duties as requested by management
- Employees working in auto industry may be required to work extended hours evening hours and weekends to achieve goals
