Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Cleared driving record check
- Ability to work Sunday through Thursday 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- Ability to pass background and drug screening
- Physical ability to perform driving and transport duties
- Willingness to learn and undergo training as provided

- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members
- Familiarity with community-oriented service environments preferred
- Ability to operate company vehicles including cars, buses, and wheelchair transport vans
Job Duties
- Provide gracious and efficient vehicle parking and retrieval for residents and guests
- Anticipate resident and guest needs to exceed expectations
- Transport residents and guests to medical and social destinations using company vehicles
- Maintain safety and cleanliness of company vehicles
- Build positive relationships with residents and guests
- Comply with all driving and safety regulations
- Assist with other community-related tasks as needed
