Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1 year of related experience preferred
- valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- must have at least 1 year as a licensed driver and be 21 years old
- ability to work outdoors in extreme conditions such as heat, cold, and rain
- ability to stand for extended periods
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- able to solve problems, display good judgment, and pay attention to detail
- pre-employment background check, motor vehicle record, and drug screen required

Job Duties
- Safely park and retrieve resident and guest vehicles
- ensure smooth and safe traffic flow in the driveway area
- help residents and guests get in and out of vehicles safely
- properly label, track, and return vehicle keys to their owners
- assist residents and guests with their belongings
- help residents with mobility devices as needed
- observe all traffic laws and practice safe driving techniques
- immediately report any accidents or vehicle damage to the Executive Director or Manager on Duty
- assist the concierge with resident deliveries
- maintain a safe driving record that meets company guidelines and insurance requirements
- report any potentially unsafe conditions to the Executive Director
- build and maintain positive relationships with people from diverse backgrounds
- maintain a professional appearance and good personal hygiene as per company policies
