Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Insurable by designated carrier
- Maintain minimum eligibility requirements on driving record
- Availability on weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and customer service orientation
- Ability to work full-time, including shifts outside typical business hours
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record for the past five years
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, afternoons, and evenings
Job Duties
- Provide transportation and parking services for residents using a vehicle lift system
- Interact positively and courteously with residents on a daily basis
- Operate vehicles safely and adhere to community policies and traffic regulations
- Maintain valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Handle resident requests and support their needs during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Manage keys and vehicle security responsibly
- Assist with loading and unloading vehicles when required
