Job Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or over at time of hire
Must have a valid Ohio Driver's License
Must meet Summa Fleet Insurance Standards
Ability to make change
Ability to walk quickly for extended periods and bend frequently
Ability to assist customers with mobility needs
Ability to lift light to medium weight packages
Proven ability to read and write English
Basic math skills

Job Duties

Greet customers and park their vehicles safely and professionally
Provide assistance to customers including helping into wheelchairs and pushing into buildings
Effectively communicate with customers and relevant personnel
Handle monetary transactions and make change
Walk quickly for extended periods and assist with lifting light to medium weight packages
Follow written and oral instructions
Maintain a courteous and respectful interaction with all patients and visitors
