- Ensure security and safety of parked vehicles
- Provide courteous and efficient customer service
- Assist patients and visitors with vehicle-related questions or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking area
- Follow hospital safety and parking regulations
- Communicate effectively with hospital staff and visitors
