clean driving record
high school graduate or equivalent
18 years or older
drug free workplace
eligible to work in the united states

Job Qualifications

high school graduate or equivalent
strong attention to detail and critical thinking abilities
excellent communication skills and a sense of urgency
proficient in time management and active listening
strong vehicle product knowledge is a plus

Job Duties

facilitate vehicle fulfillment via an online portal
maintain customer appointment calendars and ensure timely communication
educate customers on our acquisition process and provide excellent customer service
conduct thorough vehicle inspections and complete necessary paperwork
use online tools to value or purchase customer vehicles
troubleshoot customer needs and guide them through the process
acquire and maintain a notary commission
participate in intensive training to stay updated on all vehicle brands and features
perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
