Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- physical ability to lift and carry heavy luggage up to 75 pounds
- availability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods
- willingness to follow safety and security procedures
- professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills
- ability to operate basic office equipment such as computers and telephones

Job Duties
- open and close vehicle doors for guests
- check guest luggage for both day and overnight visits
- assist guests with storing and retrieving their luggage and if requested from their vehicle
- utilize bell carts to transfer luggage and packages to and from rooms, vehicles, and loading areas
- maintain and clean the designated lobby station and baggage room
- ensure that lobby area and front exterior/interior of the hotel is neat and clean by picking up trash and adjusting furniture
- stand by ready to assist guests by greeting and welcoming them and providing travel directions and recommendations
- answer phones to assist with guest calls and PBX services
- restock supplies at the front desk, business center, and grab and go stations
- promptly report all emergencies, accidents, injuries, missing articles, damages, mechanical problems, and safety hazards to management
- maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance
- adhere to hotel taxi stand requirements and agreements
- follow all company policies and procedures
- follow safety and security procedures and rules
- know department fire prevention and emergency procedures
- utilize protective equipment
- report unsafe conditions and incidents to supervisors
- provide a safe work environment by following all safety and security protocols
- assist other Front Desk personnel when needed
- perform any related duties as requested by supervisor or manager
