Job Requirements

  • Ability to work assigned shifts including Monday to Friday 5:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must have adequate visual acuity and hearing ability
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Physical capability to assist individuals with limited mobility

  • Ability to comply with applicable safety laws and regulations
  • Willingness to work on a PRN basis as needed

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and team members
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively in a team environment
  • Basic understanding of safety principles, regulations, and compliance standards
  • Visual acuity adequate to perform position duties
  • Ability to remain calm and make appropriate referrals in urgent situations
  • Previous customer service or valet experience is a plus

Job Duties

  • Greet and direct patients and visitors arriving at the facility to their destination while creating a positive image of the organization
  • Operate guests' vehicles in a safe manner and ensure vehicles are locked after parking in designated areas
  • Keep the front area clear of vehicles by preventing unauthorized long-term parking and monitor the count of cars parked in valet areas
  • Prepare daily valet parking reports and log any incidents that occur
  • Keep supervisor informed of needs, problems, and activities
  • Report parking violations and alert security officers about any crimes or acts of vandalism related to vehicles
  • Physically assist patients or visitors with limited mobility when exiting or entering vehicles
