Job Requirements
- Ability to operate a variety of machines, tools, and equipment
- Visual acuity to observe safety and work accuracy
- Ability to remain stationary for a minimum of 3 hours
- Capacity to stand, walk, stoop, and kneel
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds intermittently and 3 pounds repetitively to shoulder height
- Manual dexterity including grasping, fingering, and reaching
- Ability to express or exchange information verbally
- Previous supervisory experience preferred but not mandatory
Job Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience in a fast-paced food and beverage environment preferred
- Passion for people and a willingness to learn
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and lead a team
- Knowledge of coffee preparation and quality standards preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Supervise daily shift activities and support team members
- Motivate and inspire team to deliver superior service and drink quality
- Schedule staff effectively by aligning team strengths with operational needs
- Handcraft each cup with care alongside baristas
- Develop strong relationships with customers and local community
- Assess team member performance including service and drink quality
- Ensure team member attendance and coverage of called out shifts
- Communicate performance and scheduling updates with Store Leaders and other supervisors
- Support in-store training for promotions and new hires
- Assist Store Leader with operations and administrative tasks
- Implement and maintain Philz safety programs
