Job Requirements

  • minimum three years of high-end restaurant line cook experience
  • related hotel experience preferred
  • refined verbal communication skills
  • ability to perform all basic cooking skills
  • capable of working a single station in the kitchen
  • genuine desire to satisfy others in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to stand for long periods of time

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum three years of experience in high-end restaurant line cooking
  • previous related hotel kitchen experience preferred
