Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Three years of high-end restaurant line cook experience preferred
  • Related hotel cooking experience preferred
  • Refined verbal communication skills
  • Ability to perform all basic cooking skills
  • Able to work single station in the kitchen
  • Desire to satisfy guest needs in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stand for long periods

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum three years of line cook experience in a high-end restaurant
  • Previous hotel cooking experience preferred
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures
  • Ability to work independently at a single kitchen station
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and standards
  • Ensure all food served is of high quality and presentation
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations
