Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three years of high-end restaurant line cook experience preferred
- Related hotel cooking experience preferred
- Refined verbal communication skills
- Ability to perform all basic cooking skills
- Able to work single station in the kitchen
- Desire to satisfy guest needs in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for long periods
Job Qualifications

- Minimum three years of line cook experience in a high-end restaurant
- Previous hotel cooking experience preferred
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and standards
- Ensure all food served is of high quality and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Assist in inventory management and stock control
- Adhere to health and safety regulations in all aspects of food handling
