Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check
  • Availability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Comfort using computer systems for everyday tasks

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • College education a plus
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check
  • Proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests, team members, and leadership
  • Comfortable using a computer for everyday tasks
  • Sales experience is a plus but not required
  • Ability to learn quickly and maintain a positive demeanor
  • Experience in finance, investments, real estate, luxury goods, fundraising, entrepreneurship, premium automotive sales, hospitality, or personal services is beneficial

Job Duties

  • Greet and engage with Bass Pro Shops customers to promote vacation ownership opportunities in a friendly and professional manner
  • Deliver compelling presentations that highlight the benefits of vacation ownership
  • Establish trust with guests and identify their travel interests and needs
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
  • Provide concierge-style service by recommending local attractions and offering discounted vacation packages
  • Participate in training to sharpen your skills and stay informed on our offerings
