Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • sales or marketing experience required
  • previous management experience preferred
  • knowledge and understanding of the timeshare industry, OPC marketing or telemarketing sales is helpful
  • working knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • outgoing
  • able to converse with customers

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • sales or marketing experience
  • previous management experience preferred
  • sales management experience a plus
  • knowledge of timeshare industry, OPC marketing or telemarketing sales helpful
  • working knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • outgoing with strong customer communication skills

Job Duties

  • Recruits, hires, trains, schedules, coaches and motivates sales associates
  • delivers a one-on-one conversation weekly with each sales associate
  • develops sales associates for success in their position and future growth
  • responsible for the work performance of the staff in how they deliver the sales pitch and ensuring that the company approved training program "Passport to Success" is delivered to all associates
  • ensures professionalism and care in customer interactions
  • maintains appropriate staffing levels according to operating hours
  • maintains inventory and places orders for sales collateral
  • takes over and/or enters sales for struggling associates to close and train them
  • responds to customer care agents’ requests about sales alerts
  • reports customer service issues to VP of Retail Marketing or Regional Director of Marketing
  • ensures cleanliness of work environment and compliance with dress code and uniform policies
  • meets or exceeds budgetary responsibilities related to lead generation and selling vacation packages
  • accurately tracks and processes payroll
  • completes and submits new hire onboarding paperwork
  • follows company policies, ethics, and compliance
  • ensures approved selling methods are trained and utilized
