Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of one year experience in hospitality and/or customer service
- proven sales experience in a commission-based role preferred
- strong communication skills
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- proficiency with Microsoft Office
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to analyze sales data and implement strategic plans

- Passion for interacting with guests and a strong desire for career advancement
- previous sales experience preferred
