Job Requirements

  • Sales or marketing experience
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Knowledge of timeshare industry or similar sales environment helpful
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous management experience preferred

  • Knowledge of timeshare industry, OPC marketing or telemarketing sales helpful
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Outgoing with strong communication skills

Job Duties

  • Recruits, hires, trains, schedules, coaches and motivates sales associates
  • Delivers a one-on-one conversation weekly with each sales associate
  • Develops sales associates for success in their position and future growth
  • Ensures staff deliver company approved sales training program
  • Maintains staffing levels in accordance with operating hours
  • Manages inventory and places orders for necessary sales collateral
  • Takes-over or enters sales to assist associates in closing deals
  • Reviews customer satisfaction surveys and responds to sales alerts
  • Ensures cleanliness and compliance with dress code and uniform policies
  • Meets or exceeds lead generation and sales budgets
  • Tracks and processes payroll accurately
  • Completes and submits new hire onboarding paperwork
  • Follows company policies, ethics, and compliance standards
