Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum one year experience in hospitality and/or customer service
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- self-motivated and goal-oriented
- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- basic proficiency with CRM tools and sales software
- successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

- previous sales experience preferred
- minimum of one year experience in hospitality and/or customer service, particularly in a commission-based role

- Lead and empower a team
- drive vacation package sales through engaging customer interactions
- develop and implement strategic sales plans for ambitious goals and analyze sales performance for improvements
