Job Qualifications

Previous sales experience preferred
minimum of one year experience in hospitality and/or customer service in a commission-based role

strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications

Lead and empower a team
drive vacation package sales through engaging customer interactions
develop and implement strategic sales plans for ambitious goals
analyze sales performance for improvements

ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures
