Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- sales or customer service experience
- availability to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends
- ability to pass background and drug screening
- physical ability to reach overhead and below the knees, bend, twist, pull, stoop, stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- sales experience preferred
- customer service experience
- ability to interact professionally with guests in person or by phone
- strong communication skills
- ability to work weekends and holidays
- preferred concierge or sales experience
- motivated and goal-oriented
- able to perform physical tasks required for the job
Job Duties
- Schedules sales presentations and manages customer expectations
- provides the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals
- ensures that all owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services
- uses persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty
- welcomes and greets guests and anticipates and addresses their needs
- interacts with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly
- contributes to team goals and follows company policies and safety procedures
