Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior sales or customer service experience
  • ability to work various shifts including holidays and weekends
  • pass background and drug screening as required
  • physical ability to reach overhead and below knees
  • ability to bend, twist, pull, stoop
  • ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • strong customer service orientation

  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • concierge and/or sales experience preferred
  • strong motivation and sales orientation
  • ability to manage customer expectations effectively

Job Duties

  • Schedules sales presentations and manages customer expectations
  • provides the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals
  • ensures that all owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services
  • use persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty
  • welcome and greet guests
  • anticipate and address their needs
  • interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly
  • contribute to team goals
  • always follow company policies and safety procedures
