Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in sales or customer service
- availability to work various shifts including holidays and weekends
- ability to perform physical tasks such as reaching overhead, bending, twisting, pulling, stooping, and prolonged standing, sitting, or walking
- willingness to undergo background and drug screening according to state and local requirements
- highly motivated with strong interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior sales or customer service experience
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible shifts including holidays and weekends
- concierge and/or sales experience preferred
- demonstrated ability to use persuasive sales techniques
- capable of managing multiple tasks and customer interactions simultaneously
Job Duties
- Schedules sales presentations and manages customer expectations
- provides the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals
- ensures that all owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services
- uses persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty
- welcomes and greets guests while anticipating and addressing their needs
- interacts with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly
- contributes to team goals while following company policies and safety procedures
